some nagging nags

It's scary the amount of time that passed since I last wrote anything here. It's like life has gotten longer and I don't have enough time to go through it all. But certain things have stalled and certain things have regressed. And experiences have crept in.

On the surface, isnt it all meant to be like this? You work, you play, you holiday, you follow your routine. I enjoy my work. After work I enjoy my time. Meeting friends, attending parties of old friends and new friends. Taking holidays. Having others the way I want them to be. Perfect. Couldn't ask for anything more.

And then, the thoughts sometimes nag. Where will it all end? When will it end? And then what? Nothing. Yes, that's where it all leads to. Just a matter of time. What by the way is this time? How do we measure it? Why do we have to refer to it to go ahead or even backwards? Can we measure life by anything else? Like say, washing clothes. You are only as good as the next wash. And then the cycle starts again.

And then we measure life in terms of washing cycles! That might make things simpler. Rather than trying to understand and cope up to an illusive concept!

Aahh! Long long time no writings... good to have you back!

About this post: yes, it is all a cycle. But it is the little moments of joy or sadness that make you want to live through it all over again --- little dashes of colour spreading through the eternal flow of water!

Keep posting!

It could be measured the way that you are measuring it - a few seasons.

Will normal programming resume?!

HI! have been to your site through Noojes - Highway to nowhere.Have really enjoyed reading most of your blogs.

Guess the best way to measure is through little acts of love and karma we do every day

Good to have you back

so it's crazy how people visit your blog, just to see if you have posted. Maybe it's the writing that draws them to it. You should keep 'em happy. Keep posting. I miss good reading. PS: what are you reading currently? and if you are into piracy, get your hands on this show called Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. The writing is so good, they had to pull it off air in America. :) take care. Keep posting

PPS: It's also been long and you haven't replied to comments. this is unlike you.

dreamcatcher: I am hoping to stick on.

sudipta: Thanks. What you say makes much more sense than my post :)

twilight fairy: Why didnt I think of it myself?

unmana: That's an idea. But with my erratic bit, it may not really amount to much.

shub: Yes, yes. DOnt you give up on me :)

digital acuris: Welcome and thanks.

neville: You flatter me! Am not into piracy :( whether it's books or music I try to stick to buying the originals. My little bit towards giving the writers and musicians their due.
Will try to write more often and of course reply to all comments.

stone: Yes, it is. Sometimes I just think too much about it.

ajeya: That's a good question. Self centred as we are, we always try to place ourselves in the middle and think it started from us :)

chakra: Thanks. How are you?

venkat: Yes, I am having fun. I did think like this in my teens, 20s and forever.

amitL: I dont know how I even wrote this. For I am one who probably enjoys without thinking too much about tomorrow.

upsilamba: This is all momentary. Soon with forget about this post myself, dont you worry :)
